Do you want to be able to design effective small-sided games?
Do you want to improve your player’s decision making capabilities?
This course aims to help coaches in designing small-sided games for physical, technical and tactical development. For that purpose, it will present the effects of different task constraints manipulations (e.g., players number, pitch rules, game rules, spatial references…) on the players physical, technical and tactical performance based on scientific and practical evidence.
Also, it will focus on how these manipulations affects the players’ decision-making and movement behavior.
Finally, it will present a general overview of how small-sided games can be designed and manipulated during a soccer training microcycle.
