Job Summary
Tottenham Hotspur is a world-famous football club based in North London. Off the pitch, the Club has a strong and successful business model centered around building a platform for long-term success, which includes a new world-class stadium.
The Club operates out of multiple sites, including a world class Training Centre in Enfield where all the First Team and the Academy’s training and coaching activities occur, and where the Academy department is based.
The Club is seeking a coach to jointly manage/coordinate the Under-11s in conjunction with an existing member of the Coaching team (there may be a requirement to work with other age groups, as assigned by the Head of Academy Football Development).
The candidate would be required to work weekday evenings from 4.30pm – 8pm and also at weekends and during the daytime in school holiday periods.
The position will involve working irregular hours, so a flexible candidate is sought.

Key Responsibilities
- Coach Pre-Academy, Development Centre and Academy aged players between 7 years and 13 years on a weekly basis, as directed by the Head of Academy Football Development
- Plan and record coaching sessions according to the Tottenham Hotspur Academy Philosophy and in line with EPPP rules
- Conduct regular Player Reports in line with EPP rules
- Match Day preparation for assigned age group(s)
- Liaise with and communicate with parents on a weekly basis
- Support the Academy Performance Manager and the coaching department with regular feedback via reports and meetings
- Jointly manage/coordinate the Under-11 programme in conjunction with an existing member of the Coaching team.
- Support the department to devise and regularly review an age specific Meso, Macro and Micro syllabus of work for the season
- Keep accurate and up-to-date records of attendance and all sessions on the PMA
- Conduct Parent and Player meetings in line with PL rules
- Support the Academy Recruitment Department with Talent Identification activities
- Plan and deliver age specific coaching workshops to include video analysis

Skills & Experience
- Minimum qualification of UEFA B License
- Desirable qualification of UEFA A License
- Advanced FA Youth Award
- Previous relevant experience of working with coaches in an Academy environment
