The job
As the Pre-Academy and Development Coordinator, you will be accountable for overseeing our Pre-Academy department, based at our Elite Football Performance Centre.  You will manage the transition of players in and out of the group, linking closely with the Clubs Development Centres.  The post holder will also coordinate our Development Programme to aid players who have been identified and recruited from grassroots clubs and private academies.
What does the day to day look like?
You will ensure the Pre-Academy coaching syllabus is being followed and delivered to a Category 1 Level.  You will be organising a comprehensive events calendar, including a weekend and midweek Pre-Academy games programme in addition to hosting in-house Development Centre tournaments. Your focus will be to ensure all players and parents have a positive experience with the Club by forming and maintaining strong relationships. You will also spend a significant amount of your time establishing fundamental links between the local centres and London as this is an integral aspect to the Recruitment Department.
What we need

Our values
Values play a pivotal role in the success of the Club. Our values are not just a list of words we expect our people to learn, but a set of filters through which we deliver to each other, our fans, our partners and our sponsors ¿ in fact, with anyone who interacts in anyway with our brand. Each year we hold the TEAAM Brighton awards where peer to peer nominations are recorded. Those with the most nominations take away awards for their commitment to the TEAAM Brighton value.
