First Team Coach
Fulham is seeking an exceptional individual to join our Premier League Team in the position of First Team Coach. Reporting to the Head Coach you will be responsible for strategic leadership among the first team core staff, helping to implement top tier practices and procedures in various areas of first team operations.
This is a specialist role for a highly qualified and experienced individual.  The successful candidate will have demonstrable experience of coaching within an elite sporting environment (ideally in football) and will be comfortable working with first team players and staff, as well as liaising with the Club’s Chief Executive and senior leadership team.
They are looking for a person with a unique skill set and experience profile. The successful candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of the first team environment, as well as good working experience and knowledge of the key support functions in elite professional sport, including coaching, sports medical, player management and logistics. This is a role which requires excellent communication skills, as well as the ability to manage competing tasks in a challenging and fast-paced sporting environment.
